What Is A Gremlin?
As much as I love Harry Potter, I am not talking about the fantastical gremlins here. I am referring to a feeling or a habit that blocks a person from achieving their goals. Left unchecked, your gremlin can affect your health, your productivity, your relationships, you’re your self-esteem, etc. Identifying and taming your gremlin can be fun (sounds crazy I know!) and is also an important part of achieving your goals.
