What's Your Coaching Philosophy?
I focus on ensuring that lawyers feel energized by their work and career, rather than weighed down by its demands. For many lawyers, this means helping them understand what they really want from their job, career and life; develop people and project management skills beyond those that enabled their current success; and become better organized, more efficient and eliminate unrewarding or unproductive efforts. The demands on lawyers are great. My hope is to help each client meet these demands in an organized and deliberate manner, rather than merely reactively checking boxes. I am also focused on helping lawyers tap their relationship building skills to establish an effective board of mentors (or effectively mentor others), motivate their teams, give feedback and develop business.
