I help people leverage their strengths and “own their power” to become better leaders and create more fulfilling lives. One lawyer recently told me that I have “a gift for getting right to the heart of an issue, with a great combination of candor, sensitivity and humor.” As someone who is results-oriented and straightforward, yet also warm, non-judgmental and compassionate, I believe that quote captures perfectly the experience I aim to deliver to everyone I coach. Being asked to partner with another person to help that person achieve “success”—however he or she chooses to define success—is a privilege I don’t take lightly. Each time I witness someone achieve a goal or make a change that he or she initially didn’t believe possible, I’m reminded of how lucky I am to do this work. My passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves informs every aspect of my coaching.
