Volta Adds Talent to Its Highly-Ranked Lawyer Coaching Team

Volta Talent Strategies boasts one of the largest specialist attorney coaching teams in the US, working with law firms across the States. Volta is therefore pleased to announce that Whittney Beard has joined the team from Orrick Sutcliffe & Herrington LLP, a global law firm founded in San Francisco. Whittney brings additional depth and capacity to Volta where she will be the tenth coach on the team.

Having played a lead role for eight years in developing and providing coaching services at Orrick, Whittney will coach and train partners and lawyers across a wide range of issues with an emphasis on leadership, executive presence and business development. She is also a gifted career coach and presenter. Whittney will leverage her years of in-house experience as a law firm coach to spearhead Volta Academy’s initiatives working with law firms to create their own internal coaching programs and developing coaching cultures that support their organizational development.
