What Makes Me A Successful Coach
I find that my years of experience have taught me how to guide my counselees through the career development process. I am able to meet each counselee where they are in the career transition process, and I have learned to respect different temperaments and styles. I know when to “push” a counselee to move forward and also when to step back. I keep current on market trends and possibilities in various legal career tracks, such as in-house and government. Being in Washington, DC, I have significant experience with the federal government hiring process and have successfully navigated many attorneys through the government hiring process.
